IT service consultant (based in Zhelezhnodorozhny)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
University Degree\Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent;
Minimum of 1-2 years of technical support experience in Windows environments;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
English & Russian language skills will be essential;
Proficiency in hardware configuration, upgrade, troubleshooting, and repair (desktops, laptops, and peripherals);
Proficiency in Windows XP/7, Office 2010, and other desktop software installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair;
Working experience in AD , user and Exchange account administration;
Knowledge of networking, cabling, switching, NICs in order to troubleshoot connectivity issues;
Knowledge of network and multi-function printers;
Aptitude for learning quickly with minimal instruction;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
Industry certificates such as MCSA/MCSE would be an asset;
Must be able to multi-task;
Must work well independently and in a team environment;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact to resolve end user IT incidents and service requests and ensure SLAs are met;
Manage support calls daily in an efficient and professional manner;
Interact with international customers working in various time zones;
Configure, install, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot desktop related hardware, software, and, peripherals;
Log all incidents and end user requests, identify recurring problems, and provide necessary workarounds, fixes, and resolutions;
Assist with IT Asset Management process and maintain hardware inventory;
Perform other duties as required.
