Подскажите, чем можно посмотреть файл с расширением dmp?

Не отображает страницу.Может посмотрите файлы и ещё вопрос есть,можно по этим файлам определить аппаратная проблема или софтовая?Вообще склоняюсь к аппаратной,так как систему только поставил.
